  • Are there fees or commissions involved?
  • No, when you buy one of the properties we own you don't have to pay a commission. We buy and sell properties on our own behalf. In any transaction, we represent ourselves and you represent yourself. The only fees involved are the normal costs and fees associated with purchasing a home.
  • What types of homes do you sell?
  • We sell all types of homes in various conditions. For homes in excellent condition, we may be able to offer owner financing and down payment assistance programs. We also have a lease with option to buy program. For homes that need some work, we offer a work for equity program giving you a discount for doing the work yourself, to your liking.
  • Do I need perfect credit to buy your home?
  • No! While excellent credit helps it is not required. We have a credit repair team to help if your credit needs some work. Couple that with our lease option program you can move in now and qualify for your permanent financing later.
  • What do you need from me to qualify for your programs?
  • We need a simple 1-page application from each adult that will live in the property and a $50 per application fee. The fee pays for the background check to verify you are the right candidate for our property. We also put you in touch with our lender to determine how quickly you can get permanent financing for the property.
  • Are the houses on this site the only ones you have available?
  • No, we are constantly getting new deals in our available inventory, but they sell so quickly we don't have time to put them on our site. The best way to be notified immediately is to opt-in to our home buyers list above.
